Jean Cream Puff Cake




*You will need:


1 piece of unsalted butter.


1 cup of water.


1 cup flour.


4 large eggs.


4 cups of milk.


8 ounces soft cream cheese.


3 packages (3.5 ounces) instant vanilla pudding.


1 bowl of cold whipping.

how:


Heat the butter and water in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.


Sift in flour and reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring constantly, until it forms a ball and pulls away from the pan.


Place the dough in a large bowl and beat the eggs one at a time until well combined.


Spread the mixture in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 35 minutes, then let it cool.


Mix the cream cheese and milk together in a large bowl until smooth and fold into the pudding mixture until thick.


Spread the cream over the cooled crust and top with cold whipping cream and chocolate syrup.


Refrigerated until serving time  enjoy!
