Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole



*Ingredients

°2 pounds of mince
°2 garlic cloves, chopped
°1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
°1 pound cooked bacon cut into pieces
°8 eggs
°1 cup heavy whisk cream
°1⁄2 teaspoon salt
°1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper
°1 (12 ounces) Split grated cheddar cheese packaging

* Methods

Preheat oven 350 ° F (175 ° C).
Heat  frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef and stir in the garlic and onion powder until brown and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the grease and get rid of it.
Spread beef on the bottom of a 9 × 13 inch frying pan. Stir the bacon chops.
Whisking eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper in a medium bowl to well mixed. Stir 8 ounces of cheddar cheese.
Pour egg mixture on the beef also bacon. Top with 4 ounces of remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
