Easy to bake layered tacos






*ingredients:


°1 lb. minced meat

°1 packet of taco seasoning

°3 flour tortillas (8 inches)

°1 1/2 cups of Mexican cheese mix

°1/2 cup con queso sauce water as called for on package of taco seasoning


*To prepare:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Suction any excess fat. Adding taco seasoning also water as called for on the season packet. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place a tortilla in the bottom of an 8" x 8" baking dish. Spread one-third of the meat mixture over the tortilla. Sprinkle a third of the cheese over the beef mixture. Repeat layers with remaining tortillas and beef and cheese mixture, ending with cheese on top. Pour the queso sauce over the top layer of cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and bubbles. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
