Honey baked ham








*ingredients:


° 2.4 kg of fresh nuts


° 2 orange


°3 tbsp. tablespoons of strong mustard


° 8 tbsp. liquid honey


°3 tbsp. One tablespoon of sherry vinegar


° 6 tbsp. tablespoons of dry sherry


° salt flower

Rub the fleur de sel and ground pepper over the pork. 1 hour reservation.


Take the peel of one orange. Cut it into thin slices. Boil them for two minutes. cool and drain. Put this zest in a bowl with the juice of 2 oranges, honey, vinegar and sherry.


Preheat the oven. 6 (180°C). Wipe the nut. Put it on a plate. Spread with mustard, then brush with honey sauce. Bake for two and a half hours, brushing with sauce. Keep the meat for 15 minutes in the oven turned off before cutting it into thin slices using an electric knife. Serve hot.
