Brioche donuts




*ingredients:


°800 grams of flour


°2 to 3 eggs


°100 grams of sugar


° vanilla


° 1 sachet of brioche yeast (20 g)


°100 grams of butter


° A pinch of salt


° lukewarm milk to dissolve the yeast


* methods :


Mix all baking ingredients until a soft, non-sticky dough is formed.


Make it rise twice while kneading between each rise.


Roll out the dough and cut out the cookies using cookie cutters and leave on a lightly oiled tray or dish towel.


Leave it to get away from drafts.


Heat the oil, then reduce the heat until the inside of the buns is well cooked.


Fry, starting with the first donut in the form.
