*ingredients
°6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin on (about 5-6 ounces each)
° 2 tablespoons of olive oil
°2-3 tons of chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
° salt / pepper to taste
*Directions
Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a baking rack on it.
Wipe the skin of the chicken with a paper towel to get rid of any moisture.
Put the chicken in the olive oil and season with the flavors, salt and pepper.
Place on a rack and heat for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
broil 2-3 minutes.
