Broccoli Poolside Salad




*INGREDIENTS


°2 c coarsely chop raw broccoli

°1 avocado cut to pieces

°1/3 c rinse chickpeas

°1/2 cup chopped yellow pepper

°1/2 cup chopped cucumber

°1/2 gala apple cut

°1 C. sunflower seed

°1/2 t hemp seed

°2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

°1 C. ground linen

°pepper to taste


*INSTRUCTIONS


Cut the broccoli, apple, cucumber, pepper and avocado into pieces.

In  bowl, add all ingredients, mix & serving
