Simple and easy cream puff


*Ingredients :

°1/2 cup one stick butter
°1 cup water
°1 cup flour
°4 eggs
°2 small box vanilla instant pudding, 3.4 ounces each
°1 1/3 cup full fat milk
°Sugar Powder

*Methods

Cream puff:
Preheat oven 375 degrees
Melt the stick of butter and water until boiling
Stir the flour and stir strongly over a low heat until the mixture leaves the pan (it comes out of the sides) and is in a ball (about 1 minute)
Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes
Whisk the eggs (one by one) using the blender
Whisk until smooth and velvet
Drop it with a spoon (nut size) on a baking tray lined with silicone carpet or parchment paper
Bake until dry, 20-25 minutes (probably longer)
Let the cream puff cool completely
Fill:
Mix instant vanilla pudding with full milk until the pudding dissolves
Refrigerate the mixture (at least 1 hour)
Association:
Cut the cream puff in half and fill with refrigerated candy
Sprinkle with sugar powder
