Ding Dong Cake😋



*Ingredients:

+ Cake

°210g flour

°200g sugar

°90 g cocoa powder

° 2 ° C Baking Soda

° 1 Baking Powder Bag

°1 teaspoon salt

°110g of oil

° 2 Egg

°2  Vanilla T extract

°200g semi-liquid cream

° 230 g of coffee (1 cup)

+ cream

° 5 cases of flour

°100 ml milk

°Case 1 of vanilla extract

°230g of butter

° 1 Drunk

+ ICING

°200g milk chocolate (bar)

° 15 cm Cream Fresh

*Preparation:

+ Cake

Preheat the oven

Mix all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes.

Pour on one mold or 2 moulds.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, insert the tip of a knife once the dried spring is cooked.

Get Out & Let Calm Down.

Cut the cake in 2.

+ cream

In a saucepan we place flour with milk, stir and whisk like beechamel, adding sugar extract and vanilla.

Leave to cool and then whisk this cream with a mixer and add the butter to whisk like a chatter.

Decorate and seal the cake.

CLAMPING

Melt chocolate and cream.

Pour on the cakes, smooth, decorate and cool to ready to serve.
