Apple Pie Cupcakes *Ingredients:




°2 cups flour for all purposes

°1 teaspoon baking powder

°1 teaspoon cinnamon

°1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

°1/4 teaspoon salt

°1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

°3/4 Cup Sugar Sweetheart

°2 Eggs

°1 teaspoon vanilla extract

°1/2 cup milk

°2 cups apple, peeled and cut into cubes

°1/4 cup brown sugar

°1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C) and line the cake box with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.

In a separate and large mixing bowl, pour the butter and granulated sugar together until light and thin.

Add the eggs one by one, mix well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Slowly add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk, mix until combined.

In a small bowl, flip the apple cubes with the brown sugar and corn starch.
